Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are shipped directly from our trusted warehouses and partners. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes more than one item, they may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple parcels. This allows us to dispatch each item as quickly and safely as possible from our trusted warehouses and partners. If this happens, you will receive individual tracking details for each shipment so you can easily follow every parcel on its way to you.

Optional Checkout Selection

Add peace of mind to your order by selecting our optional Shipping Protection policy at checkout. If your parcel is ever lost, damaged, or stolen on its way to you, we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost. Claims can be made within 28 days of your order date or up to 14 days after delivery, whichever is later. We will take care of it quickly so you can enjoy your purchase without worry.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may occasionally attract customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local postal authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Totyn is not liable for any delays or additional fees incurred during customs processing.
